Delivery pack with double pouch
Post-Partum Haemorrhage (PPH) is an obstetrical emergency that can occur following vaginal delivery or caesarean section. PPH is the major cause of maternal mortality. PPH is defined as blood loss of more than 500 ml following delivery, blood loss equal or superior to 1000 ml would be a sign of severe PPH. This delivery pack with pouch allows the monitoring of blood loss, giving early warning to the practitioner in order that the necessary measures can be taken to face this problem.
