Vygon appoints Dale Keegan as General Manager of its UK subsidiary, effective since January 1, 2026.
Dale Keegan joined Vygon in August 2016 and served as Chief Financial Officer of Vygon UK until the end of 2025. In this role, he played a central part in implementing the subsidiary’s financial strategy, managing HR operations, and supporting operational efficiency and long‑term growth.
As General Manager, he will lead the subsidiary’s strategic and commercial development, oversee financial activity, manage teams, and ensure compliance and ESG commitments across the UK market.
“I’m delighted to take on this new role as General Manager of Vygon UK,” said Dale Keegan. “There is a growing need for innovative and high‑quality medical devices. Thanks to our complete portfolio and comprehensive expertise, I’m confident we can pursue our mission: to help clinicians deliver the best possible outcomes for their patients through the unmatched quality of our products and our constant innovation to improve and save lives.”
Dale Keegan succeeds Les Davies, who led Vygon UK for 20 years and helped establish the subsidiary as a strategic asset for the Group. Les Davies will now focus on developing Vygon’s principal markets.
