Vygon announces the appointment of Christoph-Theodor Lerle as General Manager of its German subsidiary, effective January 1, 2026. This leadership transition marks an important milestone for the group in one of Europe’s most dynamic medical device markets.
In his new role, Christoph-Theodor Lerle will oversee the strategic, operational and financial management of Vygon Germany. His responsibilities include strengthening international coordination with the Vygon Group, optimizing production processes, and supporting the development of teams and competencies across the subsidiary.
Lerle joined Vygon in 2010 as Product Manager and has since held several key positions: Head of Homecare Sales in 2016, Head of Neonatology and Intravascular Therapies Sales in 2019, and Commercial Director in 2023. An engineer by training, he holds an executive master’s degree in marketing and has been pursuing an executive MBA since 2024.
He emphasizes the importance of differentiation in market strategy, highlighting the strength of Vygon’s high-quality products and its ability to deliver tailored solutions to customers.
